What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, enquiry type, racket and finish preferences, message and any choices about launch updates or sample testing. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
We use enquiry details to reply and manage relevant business discussions, relying on our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us. Where your enquiry concerns entering a contract with us, we may process the necessary details to take steps at your request before a contract.
Development and launch emails, and emails about testing opportunities, rely on your consent. These are separate choices. You can withdraw either consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. We do not add general or trade enquiries to marketing emails without consent.
Security and measurement
The form uses an essential session cookie and a hashed IP identifier with attempt timestamps to limit abuse. Hosting services may process technical access logs to run and protect the website. Our legitimate interest is maintaining a reliable, secure service.
We count successfully accepted enquiries by date, enquiry type, racket family and finish. These aggregate totals do not contain your name, email, message or IP address. We do not use advertising pixels in this site code.
Who receives your information
Authorised NORYX staff receive your enquiry. GoDaddy provides website hosting and Resend processes form email delivery; our email service also stores incoming correspondence. These providers process information to deliver their services. Service processing may occur outside the UK; where required, transfers must use appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law. Contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence only while needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, subject to necessary legal record keeping. First-access and testing preferences are kept while the relevant communications remain active or until you withdraw consent. After an opt-out, we may retain a minimal suppression record to avoid contacting you again. You can ask us about the retention period for your specific record.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
